Hi,

I'd like to carry on a grand tradition here at FBS and that is posting Linux/Unix screenshots of your favourite operating system.  Grin
This is Slackware 12, running XFce 4.4.1. Cool

Just finished setting up a dual boot with Slackware 12 and FreeBSD 6.3.  FreeBSD 6.3 came out on Friday. Cool.  Here is my lilo.conf on my Slackware box for setting up the dual boot with BSD.

Code:
# Linux bootable partition config begins
image = /boot/vmlinuz
root = /dev/hda2
label = Linux
read-only
# Linux bootable partition config ends
# FreeBSD
other = /dev/hda3
table = /dev/hda
label = FreeBSD

Just gave Ubuntu 8.04 a try today.........I'm impressed.  I got it installed on an IBM Netvista at work that has problems with Linux:-)  Very nice indeed. Cool
